Andersen's tales created a profound effect on the children. When discussing the storieswe emphasised the importance of helping and understanding those who are in need or suffer from being an outcast and different form others. The dramatized version of the tale had an immense success at the school theatre event in April 2009 with the students' deeply felt artistic acting performance, together with the special stage effects.
